Hacienda El Molino
Cradled in the heart of a mesquite forest, Hacienda El Molino breathes with centuries of story.
Built in the 17th century and once a granary that fed the early stirrings of Mexico’s independence, it has been lovingly restored into a sanctuary for imagination and renewal. Within its grand halls and sun-dappled courtyards, the past and present dance together. Artists, seekers, and dreamers gather here to create, to rest, and to celebrate. Perfect for creative retreats and intimate celebrations, El Molino is a living testament to beauty, history, and the art of living artfully.

San Miguel de Allende, celebrated as one of the world’s most inspiring towns for artists and
dreamers, offers an exquisite escape into Mexico’s creative heartland. A UNESCO World
Heritage Site and repeatedly named the “World’s Best City” by Condé Nast Traveler, it is a
colonial gem known for its luminous light, temperate climate, and enchanting cobblestone
streets. Our hacienda is ideally situated just minutes from town and directly across from natural
hot springs and a traditional sweat lodge, creating the perfect setting for deep restoration,
creative expansion, and soulful exploration.
